Inside Pictures

Applications for Inside Pictures 2018 are open until 11 March.

The Inside Pictures programme supports the development of executives in the European film industry, developing the world-class leaders that will continue to drive the film industry forward. The programme is delivered by the National Film and Television School with the support of Creative Europe and Creative Skillset's Film Skills Fund, with support from the BFI, awarding funds from The National Lottery.

The Inside Pictures community now stretches to over 200 alumni from around the world and across the film value chain. All are ambitious film executives and producers, furnished with extensive knowledge of how the international business of film really works, great networks of high-level contacts and are skilled, knowledgeable and adaptable leaders.

On the 2018 scheme there are 20 places available for executives and producers with at least five years’ experience in film or an associated creative industry. Successful applicants will be executives from across the value chain who display determination to succeed and who want to lead the EU film industry into the digital future.

Comprised of three intensive one-week modules and a tailored project, Inside Pictures takes place in London and Los Angeles between June 2018 and January 2019. The scheme develops cutting edge industry business knowledge, management skills, profile and a cross-industry contact network needed for leaders from across the industry to thrive in the global business of film. Seminars, workshops, studio visits and networking events cover all aspects of the international film business - from development through production, financing, worldwide distribution, marketing and exhibition and the latest digital developments.

Applications for the 2018 Inside Pictures programme will close at 18:00 GMT on 11 March 2018. Visit the Inside Pictures website for more details about the programme and the application process.
