Developed with famed School of Literature, Drama and Creative Writing at the University of East Anglia (UEA), each week participants will learn from a mixture of basic theory, script analysis and practical exercises, exploring and applying key concepts and ideas from great films through the use of videos, articles and discussion with other learners.

An Introduction to Screenwriting provides on-going training for professional screenwriters by reviewing the essential elements of dramatic story, examining common approaches to story structure and cinematic form, and establishing the essential elements of screenplay form and format.
