Inside Pictures Class of 2017 graduates, 2018 scheme to open
The programme supports the development of executives in the European film industry, developing the world-class leaders that will continue to drive the film industry forward. The programme operates with the support of and Creative Skillset's Film Skills Fund, with support from the BFI, awarding funds from The National Lottery.
The 2017 edition concluded in January 2018 with a graduation event in London attended by speakers, mentors, sponsors and friends of the programme, alongside many previous Inside Pictures alumni lending support to their new colleagues.
The participants received their certificates from writer, director and producer Gurinder Chadha. Nik Powell, former Director of the National Film and Television School congratulated the Class of 2017 on their achievements, and Inside Pictures Programme Director of Content, Julia Short, wished them all well as they embark on the next stage of their careers.

The Class of 2017 now join Inside Pictures’ community of over 200 alumni from around the world and across the film value chain.
The stage is now set for the next cohort of ambitious film executives and producers, determined to expand their knowledge of how the international business of film really works, extend their network of high-level contacts, raise their profile and become skilled, knowledgeable and adaptable leaders.
