Help shape the new Apprenticeship Standard for Digital Media
Do you want to see better talent joining your industry? Would you like to help refine the definitive Standard for skills and knowledge for Digital Media?
We are currently seeking your feedback in the following areas to help shape the new Apprenticeship Standard for Junior Content Executive:
- Job title – Does this reflect large and small employers roles?
- Core areas – are the content skills and knowledge you need covered?
- Optional areas – are the specialisms addressed here sufficient?
Most importantly, do you support this new apprenticeship for the creative industries?
About the consultation
This draft Standard has been developed and endorsed by the Creative Content Employer Working Group – including Sequence, Amaze, Seven, Resource Productions, Bauer Media, All Spring Media, AMBVDDO, BIMA and the British Print Industry Federation – and focuses on a proposed Apprenticeship Standard (Level 3/4) dealing with the occupations of Junior Content Executive and Creative Content Assistant.
The consultation will be running from now until Thursday 3 September 2015. You can comment on as little or as much as you want – either to endorse the draft Standard or suggest amendments. Your feedback will help us understand whether the current draft reflects industry needs and best practice.
How to submit feedback
The consultation closes at end of business on Wednesday 12 August 2015.
